ICU RN - Cedartown, GA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience
• Proficiency in managing ventilators, drips, and critical care equipment
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Sound clinical judgment and quick decision-making skills
• Strong communication abilities to work effectively with staff, patients, and families
• Commitment to high-quality and compassionate care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver focused, individualized nursing care to a diverse critical care patient population
• Monitor and assess patient status, recognizing changes and initiating appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment
• Accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and responses in compliance with facility protocols
• Provide patient and family education, support, and reassurance throughout the care process
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following infection control standards
