Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Illinois or compact eligible
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, high-acuity patient care in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor and document patient status, responding rapidly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and complex interventions according to physician orders
