Key Qualifications:

• RN licensure, valid and in good standing
• Acute care experience specifically in ICU and/or CVICU settings
• Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced critical care environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
• Proven teamwork and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-standard nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU and CVICU environments
• Monitor patient status and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate advanced monitoring equipment
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support patients and their families throughout treatment, recovery, and discharge planning
