Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in ICU or CVICU setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Adaptable and responsive to fast-paced, high-acuity settings
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and post-cardiac surgery patients
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs and promptly respond to clinical changes
• Administer medications, manage advanced life-support equipment, and document accurately
• Provide support and education to patients’ families
