Key Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong assessment skills and ability to respond quickly in critical situations
• Demonstrated experience with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and complex medication administration
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with life-threatening conditions in accordance with physician orders and evidence-based best practices
• Monitor vital signs, administer treatments, and manage life-support equipment
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding condition changes and care plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and case reviews to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control policies and safety protocols
