Deliver high-quality care in a dynamic Intensive Care Unit, utilizing your specialized RN-ICU skills to support patients with complex needs. Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience
  • Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) certifications
  • Strong critical-thinking and clinical assessment abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and evidence-based ICU protocol adherence

Schedule/Hours:

  • Variable shifts; flexibility may be required to meet patient care needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Monitor and interpret vital signs, respond promptly to changes in patient condition, and initiate appropriate interventions
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members
  • Administer and titrate intravenous medications, including vasoactive drips
  • Operate specialized medical equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and ensure continuity of care throughout the patient’s ICU stay
  • Educate and support patients’ families during challenging circumstances
