Qualifications:

  • Valid and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1 year ICU experience strongly preferred
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in acute patient care and advanced monitoring equipment
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to excel in high-pressure settings and deliver compassionate care

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct care for critically ill patients, ensuring timely interventions and evidence-based practices
  • Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and adjust treatment plans as needed in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Educate patients and families regarding procedures and ongoing care
  • Ensure meticulous documentation and compliance with facility protocols
  • Assist with and monitor the use of specialized ICU equipment
  • Respond promptly to emergent situations and participate in resuscitation efforts
