Qualifications:
- Valid and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year ICU experience strongly preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute patient care and advanced monitoring equipment
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to excel in high-pressure settings and deliver compassionate care
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct care for critically ill patients, ensuring timely interventions and evidence-based practices
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and adjust treatment plans as needed in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and ongoing care
- Ensure meticulous documentation and compliance with facility protocols
- Assist with and monitor the use of specialized ICU equipment
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and participate in resuscitation efforts
