Critical Care Registered Nurse - Columbia City, Indiana

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in the ICU
• Monitor, interpret, and document vital signs, lab results, and responses to treatments
• Administer medications, therapies, and interventions according to physician orders and nursing protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care
• Support patients and their families, delivering education and updates regarding conditions and treatments
• Maintain compliance with infection control, patient privacy, and facility policies
