Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
- Proficient in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS)
- Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment abilities
- Experience with ventilator management, invasive lines, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- EMR documentation proficiency
Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition, noting any changes promptly
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per established protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety guidelines
- Participate in rapid response and code situations as part of the critical care team
