This role is tailored for experienced RNs seeking exposure to a high-acuity ICU environment. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience (travel nursing experience is a plus)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, executing best-practice nursing care in a complex ICU setting
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced life-support equipment
• Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families
