This role is tailored for experienced RNs seeking exposure to a high-acuity ICU environment. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience (travel nursing experience is a plus)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, executing best-practice nursing care in a complex ICU setting
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced life-support equipment
- Document patient status, interventions, and responses accurately
- Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families
