Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Recent clinical experience in an ICU setting
• Proven skills in monitoring and managing patients requiring complex, intensive support
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Compassionate approach to patient care and family support

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shifts available; flexibility to meet unit needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Assess, monitor, and document changes in patient condition, intervening as appropriate
• Administer medications, manage advanced life-support equipment, and perform interventions under established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, fostering comfort and understanding during challenging times
• Maintain accurate records, support compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines

$2,264 - $2,477/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
