ICU RN - Deeth, Nevada

This is a contract opportunity in Deeth, NV, with weekly Monday orientations and a travel requirement of at least 60 miles from the facility.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement care for patients in the ICU
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, Joint Commission standards, and best clinical practices
