Desired Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN license (or eligibility to obtain) as required by state regulations
• Demonstrated experience in adult ICU settings
• Advanced critical care assessment, planning, and intervention skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• BLS/ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform nursing and delegated medical functions per accepted standards and the state Board of Nursing
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for critically ill adults
• Monitor ongoing health status, collect and interpret data, and adjust care plans as needed
• Deliver direct and indirect patient treatments, including health teaching, counseling, and restorative therapies
• Consult, delegate, and supervise as appropriate, and collaborate with other healthcare providers
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per regulatory guidelines
• Float to other departments when required, staying within the scope of competency
• Participate in on-call schedules as assigned
