Qualifications include:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice
• Previous ICU experience required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to respond effectively in high-pressure situations
• Proficiency in patient monitoring equipment and electronic medical records
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in patient conditions
• Administer medications and therapies according to protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other care team members
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
