Schedule/Hours:
- Contract-based assignment

Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Proven experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and emergency response skills
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including frequent assessment and monitoring of vital signs, neurological status, and other clinical indicators
- Implement physician orders, essential interventions, and prescribed therapies promptly and accurately
- Utilize advanced technologies, such as ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring equipment, in patient care
- Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition and provide effective interventions
- Educate and support patients’ families, addressing questions and providing updates on patient status
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records in compliance with all regulations and facility protocols
- Participate in code situations and rapid response team activities as required
