Schedule:

• Days, 7:00am – 7:00pm
• 3x12-hour shifts weekly
• Call is possible
• Floating to stepdown as needed

What You’ll Need:

• Current RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU experience
• Comfort with critical care and willingness to float to stepdown
• Experience with EMR systems (MEDHOST a plus)
• Able to wear navy scrubs
• Must reside at least 50 miles from assignment location

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based care for critically ill patients (patient ratio 2:1, occasionally 3-4:1)
• Monitor, assess, and record patient progress and interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
• Respond confidently in emergencies and adapt to shifting care needs
