This role in a leading intensive care environment invites you to broaden your expertise with exposure to diverse clinical protocols and new approaches in acute patient management. Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 am – 7:30 pm
• Every weekend shift

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Strong critical care assessment and response abilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced, ever-changing patient conditions
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care to ICU patients experiencing complex health issues
• Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions according to physician orders
• Monitor and document patient status, responding proactively to changes in condition
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a positive patient/family experience
• Uphold rigorous infection prevention and patient safety standards
