Schedule/Hours:
- Shifts will be assigned based on current ICU coverage needs
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, or weekends, may be required
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU experience required
- Proficient in managing ventilators, drips, and advanced monitoring equipment
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress, fast-paced situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, recognizing changes in status and responding swiftly
- Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on conditions, interventions, and ongoing care needs
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation in accordance with facility requirements
- Adhere to best safety practices and infection control procedures at all times

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
