Critical Care Registered Nurse | Euclid, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU, maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
• Float to other inpatient units including Stepdown and Med/Surg as needed to support patient care demands
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments based on physician orders and clinical judgment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Uphold patient safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Proven experience in ICU nursing with strong clinical assessment skills
• Ability to adapt to floating between inpatient areas while maintaining high care standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Schedule:

• Night shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation
