This contract opportunity invites Registered Nurses with ICU experience to deliver high-quality patient care across multiple inpatient settings. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU, maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
- Float to other inpatient units including Stepdown and Med/Surg as needed to support patient care demands
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments based on physician orders and clinical judgment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Uphold patient safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in ICU nursing with strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to adapt to floating between inpatient areas while maintaining high care standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Schedule:
- Night shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation
