Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of ICU nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency in critical care procedures, medication administration, and patient monitoring
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; additional critical care certifications are a plus
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shifts, including days and nights as required by patient care demands

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult ICU patients in accordance with established protocols
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide interventions as indicated
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, and ongoing care
• Document all care clearly and accurately in electronic medical records systems
• Respond promptly to changes in conditions and participate in emergency interventions as needed
