• Monitor and manage inotropic medications and advanced cardiac support devices
• Care for patients with mediastinal chest tubes, central and arterial lines
• Provide neonatal care and manage advanced airway and ventilator support
• Implement family-centered care principles to support patients and their families
• Manage post-cardiac catheterization recovery and care
• Utilize EPIC EMR systems for accurate documentation and patient care coordination (preferred)

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU experience required
• Specialized knowledge in pediatric cardiac care and post-operative management
• Proficiency with invasive lines and advanced airway management
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred but not mandatory
