Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care to pediatric cardiac post-operative patients
- Monitor and manage inotropic medications and advanced cardiac support devices
- Care for patients with mediastinal chest tubes, central and arterial lines
- Provide neonatal care and manage advanced airway and ventilator support
- Implement family-centered care principles to support patients and their families
- Manage post-cardiac catheterization recovery and care
- Utilize EPIC EMR systems for accurate documentation and patient care coordination (preferred)
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU experience required
- Specialized knowledge in pediatric cardiac care and post-operative management
- Proficiency with invasive lines and advanced airway management
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
