In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a House Supervisor RN, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple departments. Schedule:

  • Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours guaranteed)
  • Both day and night shift positions available

Required Qualifications:

  • Active California RN license
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (NRP preferred)
  • Recent negative TB screening (within 12 months of contract start)
  • Prior experience in ICU/critical care
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a hospital setting

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shift activities across the facility, including coverage in ICU, ER, and Med/Surg
  • Oversee and support staff during high-acuity periods and meal breaks
  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment across multidisciplinary teams
  • Rapidly assess clinical situations to support safe, efficient patient flow
