Schedule:

  • 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week guaranteed)
  • Day and Night positions available

Qualifications:

  • Active California RN license required
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications mandatory
  • NRP certification preferred
  • Proven experience as an ICU RN and supervisor
  • Must provide proof of negative TB screening from the past 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as the House Supervisor, ensuring safe and effective patient care
  • Float between ER, ICU, and Med/Surg to support teams during meal breaks and high-need periods
  • Provide clinical leadership to staff and respond promptly to emergent situations
  • Maintain clear communication with healthcare professionals, patients, and families
