Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12 hour shifts per week (36 hrs/week guaranteed)
• Day and Night shifts available

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical and operational functions throughout the hospital during assigned shifts
• Provide break coverage by floating to ER, ICU, and Med/Surg units as needed
• Ensure patient safety, staff support, and regulatory compliance across departments
• Serve as a resource and leader for nursing and ancillary staff
• Efficiently address operational and clinical concerns in real-time

Required Skills & Credentials:

• Active California RN license
• Minimum of 2 years current ICU and supervisory experience
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; NRP preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and prioritize effectively
• Proof of negative TB screening within the past 12 months
