As a House Supervisor, you’ll work with a diverse clinical team, gaining exposure to a wide variety of workplace practices and multidisciplinary leadership strategies. Schedule/Hours:
- 3x12 hour shifts per week (36 hrs/week guaranteed)
- Day and Night shifts available
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical and operational functions throughout the hospital during assigned shifts
- Provide break coverage by floating to ER, ICU, and Med/Surg units as needed
- Ensure patient safety, staff support, and regulatory compliance across departments
- Serve as a resource and leader for nursing and ancillary staff
- Efficiently address operational and clinical concerns in real-time
Required Skills & Credentials:
- Active California RN license
- Minimum of 2 years current ICU and supervisory experience
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; NRP preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and prioritize effectively
- Proof of negative TB screening within the past 12 months
