Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position with full-time hours

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent ICU nursing experience
• Proficiency with advanced assessments, critical care technology, and ventilator management
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong interpersonal communication and patient advocacy skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional bedside care to critically ill and post-surgical patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and treatment responses
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Administer and manage IV drips, medications, and advanced life support procedures
• Educate patients and families on care plans and ongoing recovery needs
• Uphold patient safety, confidentiality, and unit policies at all times
