What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license, valid in California
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work within multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrated proficiency with a variety of ICU patient populations and equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill adult patients
• Perform advanced assessments, develop and implement care plans, and respond to rapid changes in patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and operate life support equipment according to protocols
