Schedule/Hours:
- 3x12-hour shifts weekly
- Both day and night positions available

The House Supervisor RN role provides you with variety, as you’ll float between ER, ICU, and Med/Surg units to support teams during peak periods, meal breaks, and shifting patient needs. Expect heightened autonomy and an ability to impact care across multiple disciplines, all while collaborating with nursing staff and administration to ensure high standards for patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Certifications:
- Current, active California RN license
- Extensive ICU experience and prior supervisory responsibility
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (NRP preferred)
- Proof of negative TB screening within the last year
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the clinical resource and operational leader for multiple units during your shift
- Manage, guide, and support nursing teams across the facility as needed
- Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care
- Step into direct care roles in ER, ICU, or Med/Surg to ensure seamless operations when covering breaks
