ICU RN - Fortuna, CA

Schedule:

• 3x12 hour night shifts
• 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
• 36 hours per week guaranteed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult ICU patients with a variety of complex, acute diagnoses
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress, implementing necessary adjustments to care plans
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, supporting optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications, manage advanced life support equipment, and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
• Educate patients and families, supporting them through critical care processes

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in California
• Demonstrated experience working in an ICU setting (recent, relevant ICU experience required)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to provide proof of a negative TB screen from within the past 12 months
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
