Critical Care Registered Nurse - Fortuna, California

Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ current ICU nursing experience
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to critically ill patients in accordance with facility protocols and standards
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly and accurately
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide advanced life support
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient status, procedures, and interventions consistently and accurately
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
