Critical Care Nurse in Goshen, IN

Schedule/Hours:

Essential Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year direct ICU nursing experience
• Strong working knowledge of ICU protocols, procedures, and equipment
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess high-acuity patients, managing critical changes in condition
• Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and other treatments according to protocol
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
