Qualifications

• Current RN license, eligible to practice in NC
• At least one year of recent ICU nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care in a high-acuity ICU environment
• Monitor and assess patients with rapidly changing conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols
