Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of one year recent ICU experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and time-management abilities
  • Experience with electronic medical records
  • Compassionate communication and effective collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and implement complex care plans for critically ill adult patients
  • Continuously monitor vital signs, lab results, and nuanced changes in patient status
  • Administer medications, complex drips, and advanced interventions per physician orders
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care plans
  • Provide thorough documentation for assessments, interventions, and patient responses
  • Offer support and education to patients and their families during high-stress situations
  • Adhere to facility protocols, infection control best practices, and professional nursing standards
