Schedule/Hours:

• Orientation dates available from January through December (multiple options to accommodate your availability)
• NBO: 16 hours of onboarding
• Weekly 36-48 hour shifts (OT billable after 40 or 48 hours, depending on schedule)
• On-call, holiday, and OT premium multipliers

Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum experience in ICU setting
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Comfortable with floating within discipline across local campuses
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR preferred

Key Duties:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in delivering safe, effective patient care
• Manage care for critical patients in intensive care environments
• Contribute clinical expertise, participate in patient assessments, and develop individual care plans
• Potential to serve in charge or preceptor roles, supporting team development
