As a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU, you will work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team to provide complex clinical care, respond to emergencies, and promote a safe, healing environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid RN license in California
- Minimum one year of recent ICU experience (adult critical care preferred)
- ACLS and BLS certifications (current and in good standing)
- Proficiency with advanced life support principles and ventilator management
- Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing patient needs and high-acuity situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care and manage comprehensive patient assessments in the ICU
- Monitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and recognize early signs of complications
- Administer medications and treatments according to evidence-based protocols
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and critical care processes
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols at all times
- Accurately document all care provided in electronic medical records
