Advance your career in critical care nursing with an opportunity to support patients in a high-acuity environment. We are seeking a skilled RN with ICU experience to provide expert care and clinical excellence in the Intensive Care Unit.

Schedule:

  • Three 12-hour night shifts each week

Key Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license
  • At least one year of recent ICU experience
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience managing ventilators, invasive lines, and providing care for complex patients
  • Willingness to quickly adapt and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill adult patients
  • Monitor patient conditions, record vital information, and respond rapidly to changes in status
  • Coordinate and communicate care with physicians, specialists, and families
  • Administer medications, manage complex IV infusions, and support post-operative or trauma patients
  • Educate patients and families on treatments and ongoing care plans
  • Ensure a safe environment by adhering to best practices and hospital policies
