Deliver high-level critical care in a dynamic Intensive Care Unit environment. This contract nursing opportunity is ideal for licensed RNs experienced in handling the demands of ICU settings. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for critically ill patients
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and respond promptly to acute changes
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical interventions
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, supporting both patients and their families
• Document thoroughly and accurately within electronic health records
• Uphold infection prevention protocols and best-practice standards
• Provide educational support and advocacy for patients and family members

Schedule:

• Shifts and hours will be discussed upon interview to align with both facility needs and candidate availability

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Current experience in an ICU environment
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong communication and rapid critical decision-making skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-stress, fast-paced settings
