Travel Critical Care Nurse in Kennard, TX

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Night and weekend call possible

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license (must be valid for Texas)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care/ICU experience
• Willingness to float to Stepdown as needed
• Must reside more than 50 miles from assignment location
• Experience with MEDHOST EMR preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for ICU patients with a patient ratio between 2:1 and 4:1
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Float to Stepdown unit as requested
• Adhere to high standards of infection control and patient safety
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
