Your Background:

  • Valid and current RN license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum of one year recent ICU experience
  • Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, procedures, and best practices
  • Ability to assess, plan, and implement patient care effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
  • Administer medications, therapies, and interventions as prescribed
  • Operate and monitor specialized ICU equipment
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify care plans
  • Provide support, education, and updates to patients’ families
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility protocols
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and infection control
