Schedule/Hours:

• Weekly Monday orientations for seamless onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• Prior clinical experience in ICU, critical care, or comparable acute care settings.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required.
• Completion of a nursing self-assessment and skills checklist.
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel status.
• Full submittal packet, including resume and standard candidate submission form, required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill individuals, following established protocols and best practices.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and response to treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to execute care plans.
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and operate critical care equipment safely and effectively.
• Educate and support patients’ families throughout the care process.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and Joint Commission standards.
