Schedule/Hours:
- Weekly Monday orientations for seamless onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license.
- Prior clinical experience in ICU, critical care, or comparable acute care settings.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS required.
- Completion of a nursing self-assessment and skills checklist.
- Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel status.
- Full submittal packet, including resume and standard candidate submission form, required.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill individuals, following established protocols and best practices.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and response to treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to execute care plans.
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and operate critical care equipment safely and effectively.
- Educate and support patients’ families throughout the care process.
- Comply with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and Joint Commission standards.
