Schedule/Hours:

  • Weekly Monday orientations

Qualifications:

  • Current, unrestricted RN license
  • Minimum of one year recent ICU experience required
  • Proven ability to respond quickly and effectively in high-acuity situations
  • BLS and ACLS certification (active)
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Must be able to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
  • Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel candidate
  • Completion of a candidate submission form, resume, self-assessment, and skills checklist required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care for critically ill and unstable patients in the ICU
  • Monitor and interpret vital signs, ventilator settings, and lab results
  • Administer emergency interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families regarding care, procedures, and ongoing health needs
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold all quality and safety standards
