Working in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit is an exceptional opportunity for ambitious RNs who are eager to gain exposure to diverse protocols, innovative workplace practices, and varying clinical leadership styles. Schedule:

• 7:00 pm – 7:30 am shifts
• Every third weekend required

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum one year of recent ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS certifications (current and valid)
• Solid assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in fast-changing environments
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive bedside care to critically ill patients
• Monitor complex patient conditions and administer appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and progress notes
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and procedures
