Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong clinical judgment and emergency response skills
  • Proficient in critical care procedures and monitoring
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Dedication to compassionate, evidence-based patient care

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, assess, and care for patients requiring intensive support
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ICU monitoring equipment
  • Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care providers
  • Document patient status, interventions, and changes promptly and thoroughly
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and deliver emotional support
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and adjust care plans as needed
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and safety regulations

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
