Schedule/Hours:
• Travel assignment; schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• May require floating to other departments within the scope of your practice
• On-call responsibilities during scheduled shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks per practice standards and legislation
• Conduct ongoing assessment, planning, and delivery of personalized critical nursing care
• Monitor, evaluate, and implement therapy and treatment plans; refer patients as necessary
• Deliver supportive and restorative therapies directly or via interdisciplinary collaboration
• Provide patient and family education, health teaching, and counseling
• Document interventions accurately in accordance with regulations and hospital policy
• Contribute to the facility’s mission, vision, and values; model positive service standards
• Float to other departments as required within your competency

Qualifications:
• Current RN license (CO or compact state)
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent ICU experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications, such as CCRN, are a plus)
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and eager to learn within varied clinical environments
