Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Recent experience in an ICU setting required
• Advanced critical care assessment and intervention skills
• ACLS and BLS certifications (active)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt rapidly in complex, evolving situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to critically ill patients in an intensive care unit
• Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient conditions to interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, treatments, and manage ventilators and other complex equipment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide clear, thorough patient education and support to families
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
