An exciting contract opportunity awaits critical care Registered Nurses seeking to make a significant impact in an ICU setting. Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license recognized in California
• At least one year of recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-acuity situations
• Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for critically ill patients, including comprehensive assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the wider care team to develop individualized care plans
• Interpret diagnostic results and initiate appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and nursing interventions
• Educate patients and their families regarding procedures, therapies, and ongoing care needs
• Respond effectively to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions, utilizing advanced clinical judgment

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
