Step into a collaborative ICU environment where your skills and dedication can make a profound impact on a diverse patient population. This specialized assignment offers the chance to work alongside an experienced and supportive team within a recently expanded, state-of-the-art intensive care unit. With 28 beds spread across two pods and expert intensivist coverage 24/7, you’ll care for critical neuro, trauma, cardiac, and respiratory patients—utilizing advanced equipment and technology to ensure the highest standards of care.

Schedule:

  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Active RN license with demonstrated experience in ICU settings (medical, surgical, neuro, or trauma considered)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • TNCC certification preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience preferred
  • Adaptability and teamwork with a patient-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and compassionate critical care to a variety of intensive care patients, including those requiring ventilator support and post-trauma intervention
  • Collaborate closely with intensivists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Document assessments and interventions accurately using Meditech EMR
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and help mentor newer staff members
  • Respond swiftly and efficiently to medical emergencies and evolving patient needs
