Work in a dynamic 19-bed Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit that focuses on acute stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, seizures, and complex post-surgical cases. This contract opportunity offers an essential weekend-night schedule, providing dedicated care while maintaining work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver intensive nursing care to critically ill patients with neurological conditions, including invasive intracranial pressure monitoring
• Perform comprehensive neurological assessments and manage hemodynamic parameters
• Coordinate diagnostic procedures such as CT, MRI, and angiography
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Adapt to floating between Neurosurgical ICU, other ICUs, and Step Down units as needed

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing
• Proven experience in a Neuro ICU setting caring for complex neurological patients
• Skilled in managing invasive monitoring and advanced critical care equipment
• Ability to handle a 2-3:1 patient assignment ratio with precision and empathy
• Flexibility to work night shifts on a consistent Fri-Sun weekend block
