Qualifications:

• Current, valid RN license in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an ICU setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to excel in high-pressure environments and adapt to rapidly changing patient needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex and acute conditions in the ICU
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, respond to critical changes, and initiate appropriate interventions promptly
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care
• Administer medications, treatments, and specialized therapies in accordance with protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients’ families, providing updates and emotional support as needed
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records and documentation
