Travel ICU RN - Lufkin, TX

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts: 7A-7P
• 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Call possible
• May float to stepdown units

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (eligible for Texas)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of critical care/ICU experience required
• Experience with MedHost EMR preferred
• Navy scrubs required
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 2:1 or 3-4:1
• Must live at least 50 miles from facility

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Respond to emergencies and manage rapidly changing situations
• Coordinate with the stepdown unit when floating as assigned
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in effective handoffs
• Maintain accurate documentation in MedHost
• Uphold best practices for safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
