Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- 3 x 12-hour night shifts: 7:15 pm – 7:15 am
- Includes weekends and rotating holidays
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with eligibility for Massachusetts state licensure
- Minimum of one year recent ICU experience; travel ICU experience preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications a plus)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication, adaptability, and team collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit
- Assess, monitor, and record patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-ICU care
- Maintain accurate medical records according to facility standards
