Schedule:

  • 36 hours per week
  • 3 x 12-hour night shifts: 7:15 pm – 7:15 am
  • Includes weekends and rotating holidays

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license with eligibility for Massachusetts state licensure
  • Minimum of one year recent ICU experience; travel ICU experience preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications a plus)
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication, adaptability, and team collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Assess, monitor, and record patient conditions and responses to treatment
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-ICU care
  • Maintain accurate medical records according to facility standards
