Deliver critical care excellence as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Intensive Care Unit. This challenging contract opportunity requires dedication to patient well-being and strong clinical skills. You’ll provide vital support, coordinate care, and help drive positive outcomes for patients in a fast-paced, collaborative ICU setting.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Balanced 50/50 split between day and night shifts
  • Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 2 years of recent acute care inpatient or current ICU experience
  • At least 1 year of travel nursing background
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-acuity patients in the ICU, ensuring safe, compassionate care delivery
  • Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond with urgency
  • Administer medications, therapies, and interventions per physician orders
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams on care planning
  • Educate patients and families while providing emotional support
  • Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately
