Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent ICU experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Proven ability to handle complex patient care, prioritize, and multi-task efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient and family interactions
- Familiarity with electronic health records and ICU-specific equipment strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
