Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts
• Thursday through Wednesday; 7 nights on, 7 nights off
• No call requirement
• Weekend and holiday rotations if scheduled

Role Overview:
You’ll play a vital role in the ICU, utilizing your acute care expertise to provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, rapidly assess changing clinical situations, and implement evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered ICU nursing care
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and clinical indicators
• Administer medications and therapies per protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
• Document care clearly and accurately in electronic health records
• Comply with hospital policies, best practices, and regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the applicable state
• At least 1 year of ICU experience preferred
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
