Schedule/Hours:

• Nights only
• 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM

As an experienced ICU RN, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals providing top-quality care in a dynamic environment. Your skills will make a difference not only in the intensive care unit but also occasionally supporting telemetry and med/surg floors, ensuring you gain exposure to different clinical settings and broaden your expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN licensure with eligibility to practice in Illinois
• Minimum of one year recent ICU experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional specialty certifications a plus)
• Willingness to float to telemetry and med/surg units as needed
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in critical care settings
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions with diligence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Document clearly and maintain compliance with facility protocols
• Provide support with telemetry and med/surg when required
